Privacy Policy
Effective August 20, 2026
INEB is built around independent review and responsible handling of the information customers provide. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, why we collect it, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you use INEB, we may receive information such as:
- Your name and email address.
- Information you provide through contact or support forms.
- Attorney billing statements, invoices, or other documents you choose to submit for review.
- Information contained within those documents, including billing entries, dates, rates, charges, or other details.
- Transaction and order information associated with purchasing an INEB service.
- Basic technical information that may be collected automatically by our website platform or service providers, such as browser, device, cookie, or usage information.
2. Redacting Information Before Upload
INEB encourages customers to remove or black out personal information they do not want to share when that information is not necessary to perform the requested review.
For a Legal Bill Review, billing entries, dates, time amounts, rates, descriptions, totals, and other information needed to evaluate the bill should remain readable.
You generally do not need to provide your complete legal case file for a Legal Bill Review. Submit only the documents reasonably necessary for the service you are requesting unless INEB specifically asks for additional information.
3. How INEB Uses Information
Information may be used to:
- Provide the service you purchased or requested.
- Review documents and prepare findings or reports.
- Communicate with you about your submission or order.
- Respond to questions or support requests.
- Process and maintain transaction records.
- Operate, maintain, improve, and protect the INEB website and services.
- Prevent misuse, fraud, security incidents, or other harmful activity.
- Comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
4. Payments
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers. INEB does not need to receive or store your complete payment card number in order to provide its review services.
Payment providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.
5. Service Providers
INEB may use third-party companies and technology providers to operate its website and deliver services. These may include website hosting, payment processing, document handling, communications, automation, data storage, security, and related business infrastructure.
Information may be provided to those service providers when reasonably necessary for them to perform services on INEB's behalf.
6. Sale of Personal Information
INEB does not presently sell customers' personal information for money and does not presently use customer information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Document Handling and Confidentiality
Documents submitted to INEB are intended to be used for the requested review and related service administration.
Customers should avoid submitting information that is unnecessary for the review. No internet transmission, website, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and customers should use reasonable care when deciding what information to submit electronically.
8. Data Retention
INEB may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Retention practices may evolve as INEB's services and technology infrastructure develop.
9. Cookies and Website Technology
